Managing your billing and subscription is quick and easy through your account settings.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your plan for more transcription minutes or advanced features:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click on the Upgrade button in the sidebar.
- Choose the plan that best fits your needs.
- Enter your payment details securely.
Your new quota will be applied immediately.
Downgrading or Canceling
If you need to downgrade or cancel:
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Click on Manage Subscription.
- Choose to either change your plan or cancel it.
[!NOTE] If you cancel, your current premium benefits will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
Viewing Invoices
You can download all past invoices from the Billing section of your settings. Simply click the download icon next to any billing period.
